Desired:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A minimum of three years experience as a Senior Recruiter handling high-level recruitment. Proven experience driving the recruiting process, with accountability for meeting weekly and monthly hiring goals. Successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter. Must be able to work independently and resolve complex issues using sound business judgment. Ability to partner with VP level hiring managers, providing a consultative approach to hiring strategy. Background in a financial services environment is highly desirable.
