Imparting Process and Soft Skills Training to the new employees, as well as imparting refresher training to old employees. Supporting the provision of classroom-based training as well as on job training to all Associates. Supporting the provision and development of new training products. Managing and maintaining the feedback system. Applying behavioral science to the work flows.Other relevant duties listed by the Manager-Training.
