Desired:
Outstanding on both strategic and operational skills. MBA preferred with 2-3 years at a top tier consulting firm or corporate strategy team of a leading company. In addition, should also have 2-3 years of operational skills running and managing a business or sales force prior to or after the consulting stint. Understanding of rural India and/or agricultural sector. Rural and/or non-urban experience gained in a FMCG, Telecom, financial services or Agro-based companies preferred. External orientation. A track record of looking outside to identify emerging trends and being able to capitalize on the opportunities they presented Knowledge of Hindi is a must. Knowledge of Indian regional languages preferred Outstanding senior management communication skills
