Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Skills: Assist with the training and development of Assistants and S1s
Desired:
Knowledge of Word, Excel, accounting and office IT systems are essential
Uses written communication to not only answer queries but also convey customer service. Can adapt format and content of written communication to reflect the circumstances.
