Skills: Maintain the records of all commercial transactions
Desired:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Commerce. Additional qualification in Laws would be preferable.
The incumbent should have knowledge of documentation requirement for E1/C transactions, High Seas Sales, Work contract, VAT etc. He should have knowledge of taxation, project financing, cash flows, bank guarantee, L/C transactions etc
