Excellent Working Knowledge on Java/JSP/Struts framework.
Exposure to other web technologies ASP/.NET will be an added advantage.
Understanding the framework and translating design into code along with unit testing.
Proficiency in MS-SQL Server and Oracle.
Excellent communication skills. (written and verbal)
