The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a shared services environment with knowledge of multi-country, multi-entity financial accounting and Change Management, including demonstrated experience in improving processes. Strong communication skills with an understanding of MS Office are a must. Though not mandatory, a Graduate/Post graduate degree in Finance adds value to your application for this post.
