Must be skilled in the assessment of client requirements and the recruitment of qualified candidates.
Highly experienced in the use of Internet search engines and aggressive strategies to target both active and passive candidates.
Must possess strong skills and knowledge of recruiting/hiring processes and procedures, new employee orientation and customer service.
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS TECHNOLOGY RECRUITING EXPERIENCE.
