Experience: 8 – 10 Years
Skills: Managing, and supervising contractors at site.

Good Comunication Skills
Adaptive, coordinating,team player.
Conceptualize & finalize project plans & specifications . Identify and finalize contracts with cost effective. Assessing and monitoring project budget prepared by contract team.
Assessing and approving contract drafts. Cordinate with project team, consultants, contractors, subcontractors.
Tracking project on daily basis to ensure time lines, cost and quality.
Setting up quality policies on site & deciding procedures for checks on incoming materials andworkmanship on site. Ensuring quality. Monitoring ISO documentations on site. Trainings for staff.
Team leader, managerial exposure, team leader, good communication skill, working knowledge with high-rise buildings. Team motivation, monitoring individual performance, site administration.
Leadership, delegation, communication, interfacing & presentation skill. Core expertise in construction. Analysis of resources, technical feasibility of project planning. Accountable for productivity, planning, quality, & cost.
Oversee delivery and use of materials, tools, equipments on site. Regularly review engineering drawings and specifications to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and schedule. Oversee quantity survey and billing.
