Experience: 8 – 13 Years
Skills: Should have atleast 5 yrs relevant exp in building projects / hospital building projects.
Desired:
Candidate should have 8 to 15 yrs of expereicne in Planning and execution .
Should have atleast 5 yrs relevant exp in building projects / hospital building projects .
Review all good-for-construction drawings received from Consultant to ensure that they are accurate, clear and free from discrepancies before endorsing for construction.
Evaluate and review all variation orders to ensure they are within limit, correct and properly administered;
Monitoring cash flow projection and S-curve in sufficient details so that the Client’s project cash flow can be effectively executed;
Prepare, Evaluate and review cash flow statement for the project to ensure that it is operating in positive cash flow position;
Co-ordinate and liaise directly with Client, Consultants, Architects and Contractors to ensure smooth and seamless operations;
Location: Bhubaneshwar, Delhi, Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs, Navi Mumbai, Patna
Education: B.Tech/B.E. – Civil / Any PG Course
