Beta Soft Systems Inc. is a leading IT recruitment company having offices in USA and India. We are currently looking for Sales Managers, who will be based at our Chandigarh Office. As a Sales Manger, you will be directly interacting with US clients. You will do your best to get IT related requirements (Job Openings) from the clients and get these served through recruitment team. you will also be responsible for driving sales lead generation, sales business development, and marketing. The target markets will be United States.
Experience: 1 – 6 Years
Skills: Utilize technical testing sites and IT staff resources for additional skill assessments.
Desired:
Proven track record in closing candidates.
Excellent negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills along with the ability to analyze situations and provide solutions.
Should be self driven and have a target oriented approach. Should be willing to take responsibility and meet targets provided to them.
Must be skilled in the assessment of client requirements and the recruitment of qualified candidates.
Highly experienced in the use of Internet search engines and aggressive strategies to target both active and passive candidates.
Must possess strong skills and knowledge of recruiting/hiring processes and procedures, new employee orientation and customer service.
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS TECHNOLOGY RECRUITING EXPERIENCE.
